So you've either booked your free 30 minutes , or you are thinking about it. What you want to know now is what's in it for you? Well hopefully I can explain that for you and give you a mini-breakdown of what we'll do on the day.
1) First up, after the initial meet and greet, we will have a brief chat about what your goals are; why you're there in the first place.
2) Once we've established your goals and that you are (medically) fit and healthy to perform exercise, we hit the equipment.
3) Depending on what you have told me you wish to achieve, and your current levels and ability, we will spend about 20 minutes running through some exercises that are specific to you, so make sure you have your gym kit to hand, because you will break a sweat!
4) After you've recovered, we'll have a little chin-wag about what we did and you can share your thoughts and feelings about the session with me.
5) Then I do my sales bit and I explain in great detail my process for getting you the results you want, how KaiZen works, packages and what you can expect from me and what I expect from you.
Then it's up to you to go ahead and book up some sessions. You will also be given a lifestyle and nutrition questionnaire which includes a food diary, to fill out and bring back on your first full PT session.
